Outline of Annual Research Achievements

我々の先行研究において、心臓循環系調節機能と脳循環系機能との連関を明らかにしてきた。また心臓の形態的特性や自律神経活動などの心臓循環系調節機能もその運動効率を高めるため運動トレーニングに適応するため、心臓循環系機能の生理適応が少なくとも脳循環動態に影響を与えることを示唆してきた。平成26年度は、運動習慣による心臓・循環調節機能の適応が脳循環動態に及ぼす影響の解明を明らかにするため関連する研究を行ってきた。本年度の我々の発表論文(Exp Physiol. 2015 100(3):259-66)では、体循環調節機能と脳循環調節機能との関連を起立ストレスの反応から調査した。この研究では、頸動脈血流量の変化は段階的な起立性ストレスのレベルに起因する一方、椎骨動脈血流量の変化は強度の起立ストレス時のみ低下傾向を示した。これらの知見は、椎骨動脈血流量の減少が起立耐性に関連する可能性が高いことを示唆する。また運動習慣により起立耐性が低下することが報告されているが、圧受容器反射特性の低下による体循環調節機能の減少が脳循環調節に影響を及ぼし、この反応が起立耐性に関連している可能性を示した。本年度は、運動トレーニングと運動後の起立ストレスに対する影響(Front Physiol 24;5:229 2014)、運動中の心肺圧受容器反射(Physiol. Reports 2014 16;2(7)や中心血圧の脈圧について調査し、運動の体循環調節の影響、さらに運動による脳血流量の変化と認知機能(Physiol. Reports 2014 28;2(9)e12163)、酸化ストレス(Exp Physiol. 2014 1;99(12):1648-62)熱ストレス(Am J Physiol 15; 306(12): H1669-78, 2014)や低酸素(Exp Physiol. 2014, 1;99(6):849-58)に関する研究を行い、体循環調節と運動や他の生理刺激による脳循環調節の連関を明らかにした。
