Outline of Final Research Achievements |
Findings of this research are as follows; (1) Significance of values(process and space) of youth work in order to evaluate and analyze youth support works and policies which are organized under transformation of youth transitions among developed countries including Japan. (2) Contribution of Social Pedagogy in order to identify values of youth work, (3) What develop professionalism and publicness of youth work which maintain its values are ; ①Documentation of practices and analysis between workers, ②reflection and evaluation of practices, ③ professional associations, ④ governance system between administration, professional association, labour union and work places.
