Outline of Final Research Achievements |
Protein adduct in globin formed by exposure to 1-bromopropane was quantified in 25 workers in a factory. The level of S-propyl cysteine in globin showed significant and negative association with the number of leucocyte. S-propyl cysteine might be useful as a biomarker for 1-bromopropane exposure.
