Outline of Annual Research Achievements

平成26年は前年度に引き続き以下の成果を得た。
(1) 国際情報交換共同研究ネットワークの確立と維持
・アジア領域（中国5施設、韓国3施設）の体制の確立と維持：本研究にて日本、韓国と近年環境問題が深刻である中国の3カ国で共同研究体制を確立した。韓国ではY大学を中心に3大学と関連施設、中国ではC大学を中心に5大学が参加しネットワークを確立（AsianPAP）。アジア太平洋呼吸器学会（APSR）にて合同研究会開催(2014年)。
・欧米との肺胞蛋白症(PAP)研究ネットワーク体制の確立維持：米国ではC医療センターを中心とした米国内施設との共同研究ネットワーク（旧RLDC）、ヨーロッパではドイツR大学、イタリアP大学を中心にした(EuroPAP)が活動しているがこれまで共同研究体制を維持している。旧RLDCを中心に国際稀少疾患共同研究としてLAMクリニックにも参加。
(2) 欧米とのPAP国際共同研究（MICEPAP）成績として、診断の国際的標準化を行った。日本（新潟大学、近畿中央胸部疾患センター）とC医療センターで、同じ患者血清を用いて抗GM-CSF自己抗体ELISA測定の国際バリデーションと測定の標準化を行い論文化（J Immunol Methods. 2014. 402(1-2):57-70）。
(3) APAP患者の喫煙、職業曝露と重症度について、日韓中APAP患者の比較実施（AsianPAP）。中国(n=147)、韓国（n=78）,日本（n=248）例が登録された。診断時のAPAPの比較では、日本、中国、韓国の順に、診断時年齢（中央値）、51歳、43歳、48歳と中国での診断時年齢が高かった。現喫煙率は27.8%、42.9%、26.9%であった。中国では重症患者が多く、抗GM-CSF自己抗体は高い傾向が示唆され環境の影響が示唆されたが、今後更に詳細に検討が必要と思われた (APSR, 2013発表）。
