Outline of Final Research Achievements

The purpose of this research is to investigate how new teachers get some support(mental support, work support and reflective support) from principle, middle supervisors, experienced teachers to become skilled teacher. Also our research aims at developing some conceptual tools and worksheets which will be available as survey feedback tools in training and development.
We have conducted 3years-collaborative research project with a school board. We developled some surveys and worksheets collaboratively.
