| Outline of Final Research Achievements |
The purpose of this preclinical study was to develop an immunomodulatory p53-targeted vaccine for mouse model of prostate cancer. Result of this study, including collaborated research institutions, mechanisms such as induction of cytotoxic T cells was confirmed in this immunomodulatory approach. Further additional analysis are expected.
