Research Abstract

今年度は小児の閉塞性睡眠時無呼吸症候群の新しい気道通気状態の評価システムとして流体ー構造連成解析を用いた解析システムの確立を行った。
その結果、咽頭気道部での流体ー構造連成解析を用いた解析プロトタイプモデルを作成できた。
また、上顎側方拡大を用いた研究も行い、鼻腔通気障害の改善、舌位の改善、咽頭気道拡大効果があることを示すことができ、小児閉塞性睡眠時無呼吸症候群の改善メカニズムを明らかにすることができた。
