Outline of Annual Research Achievements

本年度も、昨年度に引き続き「あかり」中間赤外線全天サーベイから波長9ミクロン帯および18ミクロン帯のdiffuseマップ作成のための、解析手法の確立を進めた。これまで顕著であった偽信号を除去できたことで、銀河面など輝度の高い領域ではサイエンス利用が可能になった一方、輝度の低い領域では、感度の経年変化・カメラの視野外の天体に起因する迷光の補正・明るい天体を見た直後の感度変化の補正など、さらならる課題が明らかになった。これらの補正に取り組んだ結果、輝度の高い銀河面のみならず、輝度の低い高銀緯クラウドに付随するdiffuse放射の構造も、議論できるようになってきた。本年度は、これに関連する成果10本を、Oxford大学（英国）で行われた研究会「3rd AKARI conference; THE UNIVERSE IN THE LIGHT OF AKARI and Synergy with future Large Space Telescopes」にて報告した。
