Scientific Significance and Expected Research Achievements

色覚異常を取り巻く問題に対して「色彩科学」「社会包摂」「色彩教育」の3つの観点から、新しい色覚多様性教育に関する研究知見を得ようとしている点に学術的意義がある。従来のような色覚異常への配慮に留まるのではなく、学校教育における色覚の扱い方自体の見直しに資する研究成果が期待される。
