| Outline of Annual Research Achievements |
１）リン堆積域・堆積量解析
①八郎潟での堆積物のリン分析を進めた結果、湖底での地下水流動があるコアと無いコアとでリン濃度が大きく異なることを確認し、リン濃縮に及ぼす地下水流動の影響を明らかにした。また、大阪湾でも試料を採取し解析を行った。
２）リン濃縮過程・輸送解析
①八郎潟で湖から干拓地への地下水流動にともなうリン輸送を観測及びトレーサーにより明らかにした。②また、岡山県児島湾岸及び大阪府大和川感潮域において、地下水-地表水（海水）交流によるリン溶出を明らかにし、塩分のない河川下流部においても河川-地下水交流にともなうリン生産を確認した。
３）生物生産影響評価
①沿岸生物生産影響：児島湾-児島湖において年4回水質，底質および動物プランクトン量を調査した結果，児島湖樋門近くで底質のAVSと間隙水中のリン酸態リン濃度が特異的に高く，海水の進入（硫酸イオンの供給）により硫酸還元作用が進行し，底泥間隙水中でFe濃とともに直上水へ溶出していたことが示唆された。数値生態系モデルは，次年度生態系上位の魚類等も導入し解析予定である。②農業肥料影響評価：柑橘類の果樹園が広く分布する沿岸域で現地調査を行った結果、地下水による肥料性栄養塩流出が藻場の分布に及ぼす影響について確認できた。淡水性の地下水寄与が大きい場所ほど溶存無機態窒素等の栄養塩濃度が高い傾向にあり、藻類の被覆面積が比較的大きい傾向も確認された。

Reason
１）代表者、分担者、連携者、協力者に至るまで、個々のエフォートが十分に投入された結果であると考える。
２）あわせて、2014年度に5回の研究会を実施し、すべてに外部（共同研究者以外）の研究者を招聘し、4回は他の研究会と共催で実施し、常に情報収集と外部評価に努めてきている点で、進捗状況も良好であると考えられる。
３）他の科研プロジェクトとの連携も効率的な推進に寄与しているだろう。また、総合地球環境学研究所の栄養塩プロジェクト（代表：奥田）など他のプロジェクトとも連携している。

今後の推進方策
１）個別の課題については、現在の研究計画に従って推進していく予定である。
２）各課題の相互連携については、今年度も随時研究会を実施し推進していくとともに支援していく。また、研究会では外部研究者も招聘しながらプロジェクトの外部評価も受けながら生かしていく予定である。
３）他の研究プロジェクトとも、積極的に連携していきながら、効率的な研究推進に努めていく。
４）最終年ということで、公表については積極的に推進していくとともに、新たな概念の提案と今後の展開について取りまとめていく。
