Research Abstract

CD8メモリーT細胞分画の遺伝子発現パターンを現在検討中である。加えてCD4メモリーT細胞についても検討を加える。メモリーT細胞分化機構における分子/遺伝子レベルで重要な遺伝子もしくはシグナル伝達経路(J Immunol. 2013; 190: 3772-82) を明らかにするべく、研究を継続していく。GVHDの原因としてのCD8Tメモリー幹細胞(TMSC)研究は、さらに症例を集積し、急性・慢性GVHDの重症度や再発率などの臨床データとあわせ、TMSCの急性・慢性GVHD発症やGVLに果たす役割を検討するための準備を継続して行なう。
