| Outline of Final Research Achievements |
Expressions of chmokines, CCL9-10 were increased at invasive front of colon cancer in previous study. We analysed common receptor, CXCR3 to those chemokines.
CXCR3 have two isoforms, CXCR3A and CXCR3B, expression of CXCR3 was overall increased in cancer tissue. The ratio of CXCR3B/CXCR3A was significantly high at invasive front. CXCR3A increased abilities of proliferation, invasion and motility for colorectal cancer cell lines.
