| Outline of Final Research Achievements |
It is important to use animal models in order to analyze the etiology of human diseases in medical researches. We tried to establish gene expression system in Bombyx more to analyze genetic diseases. We established viral expression system using special Bombyx strains, which can be infected by AcNPV. We made AcNPV virus containing a target gene (GFP gene as a model gene), infected the virus and then could express GFP protein in pupae of Bombyx.
