他の消化器臓器への応用解析：上記の成果を膵以外の消化器臓器の幹細胞(肝・腸）へ応用した。肝では肝細胞の網羅的発現解析を実施、分化細胞の発現と比較してコア転写因子群を同定した。同定したリストからウイルスベクター搭載、iPS転写因子(Oct3,Sox2, Klf4, c-Myc)搭載ウイルスベクターを同時に導入し、iPSコロニー数の減少(GFPのみの対照と比較）を指標としてβ細胞コアネットワーク構成転写因子を同定した(肝臓に対するiPS干渉法)。また腸では、腸管細胞（HCT)の網羅的発現解析、コア転写因子群を同定、iPS転写因子を同時に導入、コロニ-数を減少を指標としてβ細胞コアネットワーク構成転写因子を同定した(腸管に対するiPS干渉法）。
