Outline of Final Research Achievements |
we utilized the fluorescence ubiquitination-based cell cycle indicator (FUCCI) imaging system to investigate the correlation between cell-cycle behavior and apoptosis after treatment of osteosarcoma cells with chemotherapeutic drugs. Osteosarcoma cell line 143B expressing FUCCI were treated with doxorubicin or cisplatinum, and we revealed that apoptosis behavior, cell cycle arrest, and chemotherapy sensitivity depending on cell cycle differs in each chemotherapy drugs.
