平成28年度末までに、研究成果のとりまとめをほぼ完了していたので、その原稿の最終推敲を進め、平成29年4月30日付けで、平成26-29年度科学研究費補助金交付研究・基盤研究（Ｃ）課題番号：26380474『日本企業における倫理制度化と管理者の倫理観：1994年および2004年との比較』と題する研究報告書の冊子を作成・発表した。
また、平成28年度内にまとめられた韓国版の同様の調査研究結果と合わせて、日韓の過去20年間における企業倫理の進展を比較した研究論文（T.H.Choi and Chiaki Nakano, "Ethics in Japan and South Korea, pertaining to business enterprises"）が Human Systems Management; Amsterdam Vdol.37, No.1, 2018 に掲載された。
前者の研究報告は、日本の状況を1994年、2004年、2014年と10年毎に20年間にわたる経年変化を分析したものであり、また後者の方は日韓の国際比較をしたものである。こうした成果を発表することができ、当初の研究目的は十分に達成することができたと自負するものである。
