Outline of Final Research Achievements

This research project contains 3 topics. First, to find the patterns in which the vocational aid facilities for disabilities utilized ICT to sell the products made by the people with disabilities. Second, case study of the vocational aid facilities which utilized ICT to sell their products. Third, online consumer survey about buying behavior for the products made by people with disabilities.
The interview research about the effect of announcing information by SNS operated inside the sales area of the vocational aid facilities, theoretical study to apply business science on the welfare facilities, the questionnaire research about the relationship between the attitudes to ethical consuming and buying behavior for the products made by people with disabilities were also done as derivative themes.

Academic Significance and Societal Importance of the Research Achievements

本研究成果の社会的意義は、障害者就労支援を行っている事業所が、ICTを利用して授産製品の広報や販売をしようとしたときに役に立つ知見を多少なりとも蓄積できたことである。例えばECサイトで授産製品を販売するときの多様な形態、ECサイトで授産製品を購入したことがある人の割合や購入理由、授産製品に許容される価格上限、といったことである。
学術的意義は、それら実用的な知見を援助行動、倫理的消費に対する態度といった心理学的な研究テーマや、ジェネリックマーケティング、ソーシャルマーケティングといった経営学的研究テーマの事例として分析し、理論的研究を豊かで実践的なものにしようとしている事である。
