Outline of Annual Research Achievements

マウス肝切除に関しては方法の確立は行えたものの、FXR agonist投与まで至らなかった。ヒト肝細胞癌サンプルの免疫染色結果については、100例の切除例の背景肝を評価すると、Hepatocyteはほぼ全例において核内のFXRが染色されており、また広範囲にその核内移行がみられた。従って、FXRの活性化例と非活性化例のグループ分けは困難であり、また定量化にも適さない染色結果であった。血中胆汁酸値との対比は難しく、FXRの活性化の程度を免疫組織学的に定量的に評価することが難しいことが考えられ、臨床的な意義を検証するためには他のFXR評価法を確立する必要があると考えられた。
