Outline of Final Research Achievements |
The purpose of this study was that find universal criterion to evaluate the nursing practical ability of students from the integrated practicum examples several University, and share it with the Nursing Universities, and contribute to improving the nursing practice ability of students, improvement of the evaluation criterion of each University. We collected the integrated practicum examples at five Universities which researcher belongs to. Based on the literature review, we discussed nursing practice ability and evaluation criterion, and got the required perspectives from “the expression of knowledge, skills, thoughts and mind”, in the research conference.Results above, considering the integrated practicum examples, we found it was required containing the essence of nursing, the study situation and practicum goals in the evaluating criterion. It was suggested that it form the multilayer structure of evaluation of the integrated practicum.
