Keywords六価クロム / 三価クロム / クロム検出
Outline of Final Research Achievements

In this study, we developed analytical methods for hexavalent chromium and trivalent chromium separately using detection systems of mammalian cellular functional changes. The developed analytical method of trivalent is a new method to detect trivalent chromium directly and individually. The developed analytical method of hexavalent chromium can detect lower concentration than existing one. Additionally, these developed analytical methods can be applied for measuring chromium of iron and steel.
