| Research Abstract |
昭和62・63年度の研究結果を考察して、産卵中の鶏の脂質代謝に関して総合的にまとめた。(1)飼料成分、特に炭水化物源の異なる飼料へのパンテチン添加による産卵率および脂質代謝への影響。(2)高温環境下で飼育した際、飼料へのパンテチン添加による産卵率および脂質代謝への効果。(3)単離肝細胞を調整し、in vitroによる実験によって、パンテチンの脂肪酸およびコレステロ-ル合成への影響。
以上のような結果について総合的に考察し、まとめた。そして専門学会誌へ投稿した。
