Research Abstract	1.リンパ管の検索は、間違いを来す危険が多く、少なくとも2法又は3法で確認する必要がある。2.リンパ管の起始部は、1個の内皮細胞で構成されている盲管であることが多い。3.生体内の諸条件で、リンパ管の大きさ、数等に変化がくる。4.肝臓、小腸の毛細リンパ管近傍のペプタイド含有神経を免疫電顕的に追及し、(1)NPY終末はリンパ管内皮細胞に接し、SP、CGRP終末は離れて認められた。(2)小腸の毛細リンパ管では内皮細胞近くにVIP終末を認めた。5.ラットの胸管を抗原としてマウスを免疫し、細胞融合法によって得たモノクロナ-ル抗体のスクリ-ニングを行い、ラットのリンパ管内皮を特に強く認識するB27を得た。又、B27による内皮と、抗IV型コラ-ゲン抗体による基底膜の二重染色法を開発し、毛細リンパ管を血管からより明確に区別することが可能になった。6.結合組織除去法をほどこし走査電顕で消化管を観察し、次を含むいくつかの新知見をみいだした。(1)リンパ管は血管と同様にコラ-ゲン線維鞘で包まれており、パイエル板や虫垂などではこの鞘に多数の小孔が存在した。(2)ラット胃粘膜の起始リンパ管網の一部で、先細りしていくような特徴的な起始リンパ管を見出した。7.リンパ管の酵素活性の特徴を調べ、その内皮細胞に5'-uncleotidase活性が著しく高いことを確認した。これとアルカリフォスファタ-ゼ二重染色法を行い、毛細リンパ管の明確な区別が可能となった。8.心臓内の毛細リンパ管は胎生中期には見られず、出生直前から顕著に見られる。9.リンパ細網関門をなすリンパ管については洞内皮の扁平な細胞質層が最小要素となる。10.リンパ球浸潤については生体防御の観点から正常および実験的細菌性肝炎についての検索で、肥満細胞の集積が部位によって異なること、同細胞の突起が時に血管腔内に露出していることなどが見出された。
