Research Abstract	生体内に存在する増殖阻害因子の分子的多様性と生理的役割を明らかにするため、各班員が異なる生体材料に存在する増殖調節因子について研究を行い、以下の結果を得た。 1)ウサギの血清から、cytostaticな増殖阻害因子(RSGl;Mr 56k)と、不活性型で存在し、37℃での処理で活性化される2種の細胞障害性因子(Mr 18kと36k)を単離した。これらの因子は酸や熱に不安定、還元剤に安定な蛋白質で、種々の癌細胞の増殖を阻害した。(宮崎) 2)ヒト線維芽細胞が産生する腫瘍変性因子TDFの精製を進めるとともに、フィブロネクチンのTDF活性抑制作用を解析した。(今西) 3)抗腫瘍多糖体の投与によってマウス血清中に誘導される腫瘍退縮因子TRFが血管内皮細胞に対する増殖阻害活性と好中球誘導能を有することを明かにした。(国元) 4)種々のポリアミンが血管新生活性を、一方2種のコラ-ゲナ-ゼインヒビタ-(TlMP,TlMPー2)が血管新阻害活性を有することを明らかにした。(鈴木) 5)ヒト線維芽細胞が分泌する骨髄性白血病細胞分化誘導因子(Mr 27k)を単離し、この物質がlLー6と極めて類似する物質であることを明らかにした。(武田) 6)ヒト神経線維腫組織にグリア細胞増殖抑制因子(GGIF)が存在することを見いだし、この因子(Mr 約100k)部分精製した。(田中) 7)センチニクバエの蛹の体液細胞の膜表面に存在する分子量200kの蛋白質とそれに対する抗体を調製し、この蛋白質が蛹の体液細胞による幼虫細胞破壊作用に関与することを明らかにした。(名取) 8)すでに単離して部分構造を決定した新生期マウス由来の増殖阻害因子NBCF(Mr 62k)の各種脳腫瘍細胞に対する増殖阻害作用を解析した。(三羽) 9)bFGFに対する中和モノクロ-ナル抗体を用いた解析から、数腫の癌細胞によるbFGFの産生は自己の増殖よりも血管新生の誘導に関係することを示した。(西川)
