Outline of Research at the Start

本研究の具体的な手法として、ヒトや実験動物(サル、げっ歯類)を対象としたロボティック介入脳神経科学プラットフォームを開発し、これを用いて情動・認知が行動遂行則の再編成に与える影響を調べる。機能推定可能な脳情報デコーディング法により、情動・認知が運動学習に与える影響を定量的に調査分析して、これを数理モデル化する。さらにこれらの知見を応用して、脳の潜在的適応力(超適応)を効果的に促すことのできるリハビリ手法を開発して、この効果を検証する。

Outline of Annual Research Achievements

本研究項目は身体認知・情動といった認知的な側面に注目し,新たな介入手法が身体認知・情動を介して,超適応機能を動員する過程をシステム論的理解し,超適応を実現するための介入手法を提案することを目指す.超適応過程を定量的に測定し,数理モデルを構築するため,意味推定可能な脳情報デコーディング技術を開発し,身体認知・情動を定量的測定する手法を確立する.さらに,モデルベースの介入手法を検証するために,ロボティック介入脳神経科学プラットフォームの開発を行う.具体的に,脳損傷後の片麻痺の患者おいて,超適応過程の定量化測定とモデル化を行う.超適応の数理モデルに基づき,モデルベースの介入手法を提案し,検証する.
2021年度では,身体認知・情動が超適応の獲得の過程に与える影響を解明し,身体制御の変化を定量的予測可能な数理モデルを構築し,検証することを目的とする.さらに,数理モデルを基づいて,身体認知・情動を介して,超適応機能を促すモデルベースの介入手法の提案と検証を行う.本年度の主な成果として,1)運動主体感のベイズ統合モデルの構築と検証を行った,2)身体意識と運動学習のスロー・ファーストダイナミックスの関係の解明を行った,3)片麻痺患者の回復過程の評価モデルの構築を行った.

Reason

2021年度において,身体意識の重要な側面である運動主体感のモデル化を行い,モデル検証とパラメータ特定の為の行動実験を実施した.また,自己音声が空間知覚に与える影響を解明し,統合失調症傾向との関連を示した.A05-8項目と共同に,統合失調症患者の運動主体感失調の下位プロセスの解明を推進してきた.さらに,バーチャルリアリティにおける身体所有感が運動学習に与える影響を調べ,運動学習のスローダイナミックスとファーストダイナミックスのメカニズムを検討してきた.最後に,運動機能が低下した片麻痺患者の回復過程において,起立動作の筋シナジー構造を解明し,片麻痺患者の機能回復を定量的に解析し,超適応を促進する要素を検討してきた.計画した通りおおむね順調に研究を進展していると考えられる.

Strategy for Future Research Activity

本研究項目の具体的な目的は,介入または長期的な運動学習において,生体の身体認知・情動,および身体運動の再編成過程を定量的に測定し,予測が可能な数理モデルを構築し,モデルベースの最適な介入手法を提案し,検討する.今後では引き続き認知,情動が身体意識を通して超適応を促進する過程のモデル化を行い,片麻痺患者の回復過程を促進するリハビリ手法の提案と検証を行う.
