Research Abstract

(1)皮膚以上のセンシング感度や刺激の識別能を持つ、新規のCMC触覚センサー素子の開発を行った。得られた素子の最高検出感度は1Pa以上、変位感度は1μmであった。又刺激の種類を信号波形の違いにより識別できることを見出した。
(2)多層型及び複合型触覚センサーの試作と特性評価を行った。異なる特性を持つセンサー素子を多層化w類は複合化することにより、幅広いダイナミックレンジが得られた。
(3)CMC触覚センサー素子は、触覚機能と共に、近づいてくる物体を接触しなくても検出する近接・接近センサー特性がある事を見出し、その最適CMC濃度や検出感度を検討し、検出メカニズムを考察した。又、この特性を生かした皮膚感覚を持つ弾力性人工皮膚を開発した。
(4)CMC触覚センサーの各種医療機器、人間型ロボットハンド、回転扉、エレベータや電車のドアー、自動車の窓ガラスなどへの応用を検討した。特に内視鏡支持ロボットへの適用を検討し、実用化を目指している。
(5)最終年度であるので、データーの整理および論文作成を行った。
