Research Abstract |
本研究の目的は,生活習慣介入による体重減少量の予測因子を行動的要因と生物学的要因などから検討し,個人に適した効果的な減量プログラム開発のための有益な知見を見出すことである。 当該年度に得られた研究成果は以下の通りである。 1)PPARG遺伝子のSNP情報(rs1175544)が,生活習慣介入による体重減少量の個体差の一部を説明することが示された。(Obesity 17 : 1924-31, 2009) 2)妻を介した間接的な生活習慣介入は,腹部肥満男性の体重減少とMS構成因子の改善に有効であることが示唆された。(International Journal of Obesity 34 : 136-45, 2010) 3)監視型の生活習慣介入を施した場合,第2水準(性格特性)の自己効力感が高い者は低い者より体重減少量が小さくなることが示唆された。一般性セルフエフィカシー尺度(坂野ら,1986)の評価は,体重減少量の重要な予測因子となる可能性がある。 (Obesity Research & Clinical Practice, in press) 4)自治体(袖ケ浦市)と研究機関(筑波大学)が協力して取り組んだ減量プログラムの有効性が示された。本減量プログラムはこれまでの研究成果を活かして構築されたものである。(日本公衆衛生雑誌,印刷中)
