Outline of Final Research Achievements |
We demonstrated that PCSK9 level, especially mature PCSK9 form associated with the extent of coronary atherosclerosis in patients with familial hypercholesterolemia. The association of PCSK9 with atherosclerotic cardiovascular events was also identified in the analysis of cohort study.
