| Outline of Final Research Achievements |
The utility of coronary subtraction using 320 row detector CT is currently under investigation. The analyses were almost done for primal investigation, and statistical analysis is undertaken. Dynamic analyses using CT data during dynamic acquisition were also performed. Significant change of CT value was associated with flow reduction or myocardial ischemia.

| Academic Significance and Societal Importance of the Research Achievements |
冠動脈CT検査は有用であるが、動脈硬化が高度になると冠動脈石灰化で評価困難になることが多い。単純CTを用いて造影画像から石灰化を除去する技術を用いて冠動脈狭窄評価を行う手法があるが、従来の手法と異なりダイナミック撮像を併用することで、冠動脈血流低下を予測する手法を開発することである。特にダイナミック撮像からのデータ解析は有用と考えられ、血流低下や心筋虚血などの診断に貢献できる可能性が期待される。
