Research Abstract |
This Research investigated below three matters. 1 : Clarifying of actual situations overseas Japanese franchisers. Author conducted interview to 16 international Japanese franchisers overseas and Japan, and revealed their problems in overseas markets. 2: Recognition of theoretical matters through surveying over one hundred literatures on international franchising. 3: a theoretical flame of international franchising Author suggested that internationalization of franchisers should be understood by two expansion-types; the products advantage internationalization type and the know-how advantage internationalization type.
