Research Abstract |
We have investigated logic circuit architecture using single-flux-quantum devices and developed circuit design flow and design automation algorithms specific for the devices. The following results are obtained. (1) Circuit algorithms for multiplication and square-root (2) A synthesis method for synchronous sequential circuits (3) A clock scheduling algorithm used for clock distribution (4) A method of layout-driven clock tree synthesis (5) A verification method for pipeline processing behavior
