| Outline of Final Research Achievements |
This study sought to find how and when managers can be ambidextrous from the perspectives of managers capital. Specifically, we tested the effects of social capital and self-efficacy on managers ambidexterity. Our analysis showed the effects of social capital and self-efficacy had a significantly positive effect on managers' exploration that is part of ambidexterity.

| Academic Significance and Societal Importance of the Research Achievements |
先行研究では、意思決定権限、部門横断的な組織経験、組織内での人的なつながり、勤続年数等が個人の両利き性に影響を与えることが示されている。しかしながら、心理的資本、社会関係資本といったマネジャーが持つ資本が彼らの両利き性に与える影響については十分に検証されてこなかった。これに対して、本研究は経営者（マネジャー）が保有する社会関係資本や自己効力感が彼らの両利き性を構成する探索活動を促進することを明らかにしており、一定の貢献があると考えられる。
