| Research Abstract |
We developed a new technology to custom synthesize chondroitin sulfate oligosaccharides using re-usable immobilized glycosidase with high purity and high yield reaction products. The synthetic oligosaccharides with defined structures were then used in experiments, gaining structural information that may be useful in the prevention of mother-to-child malarial transmission.
