Research Abstract |
全身麻酔は日常臨床の場において広く用いられているにも関わらず、その麻酔作用発揮のメカニズムは未知のままである。我々は、近年注目されている神経伝達物質である一酸化窒素と、その非シナプス型神経伝達に注目し、麻酔薬の作用機序解明を目指した。これまでに、麻酔薬が非シナプス型神経伝達をも抑制し、他の神経伝達物質の制御にも関わっている事を発見した。
