Research Abstract

The purpose of this study is to grope for the effective motion for polymyositis。 The experiment carried out muscle contraction motion by electric stimulation to the one foot of myositis model rat of two kinds reported in a past。 The model rat used and immunized laminin and myosin for the antigen。 As the result、 there was the increase of necrosis cell and regenerative cell of stimulated foot than not stimulated foot。 However、 it was not possible to compare between model rats of two kinds without establishing the reproducibility of the model rat preparation。 Future problem is to establish the reproducibility of the model rat preparation first。
