Research Abstract

本研究ではこのようなアミノオキシ基もしくはヒドラジド基による糖鎖選択的な反応をさらに発展させ、混合物中に存在する糖鎖を迅速かつ大量に精製する技術を確立し、さらにはシークエンシャルな糖鎖タグの付け替えにより目的に応じた糖鎖ライブラリーを調製する新たな手法の開発を行う。
