Research Abstract

MINKは低分子量G蛋白質Rap2により活性化される。MINK結合蛋白として足場蛋白TANC1を同定した。MINKはRap2により活性化され、TANC1をリン酸化した。Rap2、MINK、TANC1およびTANC1と結合するPSD95やSAP97等の足場蛋白もケラチノサイト細胞株の細胞間接着部位に局在したので、MINK系は足場蛋白との結合やリン酸化によって接着や運動を制御する可能性がある。
