| Outline of Research at the Start |
今後、個人の非定型な業務の生産性や、組織としての生産性を高めるために、ウェルビーイングをマネジメントすることが、企業経営において、より注目されると考えられる。そこで、本研究では、ウェルビーイング工学プロジェクトで開発した独自の手法を採用し、個人が「行動調査票」に書き込む「経験抽出法」と「感謝付箋」を用いて、特定の職場を対象にウェルビーイングに関する実験を行なう。その際、心理学分野のビッグファイブ性格特性診断を取り入れ、どのような個人の特性が、職場のコミュニティにおけるウェルビーイング向上に寄与するのかを明らかにする。

| Outline of Final Research Achievements |
In the first half of the study, we found that our data collection method using the Behavioral Questionnaire (List of Heartwarming Events) was rated higher than the traditional wellbeing (WB) survey method, based on five points including data reliability and subject burden.
The second half of the study was changed to a study of WB and food safety culture (FSC) among food production employees due to COVID-19. Based on employee questionnaires and interview data from four small- and medium-sized businesses, the study revealed that "communication" and "surrounding support" tended to be linked, "disregard for risk" tended to increase when "facility equipment" was rated low, and organizations with good FSC also tended to have high WB.

| Academic Significance and Societal Importance of the Research Achievements |
本研究では、我々WBE-PJが開発した「行動調査票（良かったことリスト）」を用いた測定法の有用性を明らかにした。また、WBとFSCの概念整理と、測定を目指す研究に取り組んだ。食品事業者には、科学的な安全管理システムの運用に加え、食品安全を優先する組織文化を確立・維持する取り組みが求められている。しかし、FSCの評価手法、マネジメント法、WBとの関係が不明確で、この分野での知見の蓄積が必須である。我々の研究成果は、中小食品製造業者のWBとFSCの状態と関係を明らかにした萌芽的な実証研究として学術的意義があり、現場の食品安全マネジメントに関する実務的示唆を与える可能性があり、社会的な意義がある。
