Research Abstract |
We have developed the following new chemistry of hypervalent organobromane (III). (1) Thermal generation of singlet carbene (carbenoid) from hypervalent bromonium ylides. (2) The first synthesis of hypervalent organo iminobromane(III). (3) Development of new reactions using hypervalent iminobromane(III) as an organonitrenoid.
