Research Abstract |
Radiation field screening, a phenomenon observed as high-order electron-photon interaction, plays a crucial role in observing the multi-atom resonant photoemission(MARPE) which permits direct determination of near-neighbor atomic identities. We developed MARPE simulator incorparating experimental data of X-ray absorption coefficient and anomalous scattering coefficients. Calculated results were in good agreement with the experimental results.
