Research Abstract |
A blush wheel is a deformable tool, and is able to fit curved surfaces. In this study, we demonstrated that a stainless-steel blush wheel mechano-chemically polishes a CVD diamond coated surface. In addition, we ascertained characteristics of mechano-chemical polishing under some experimental conditions.
