| Outline of Research at the Start |
本研究は、中国古代術数学における占術と儀礼を主要対象とし、その認識と解釈の思想史的展開を、伝世文献だけでなく出土資料を手掛かりに考察することにより、古代より行われていた占術や様々な儀礼がいかなる展開と変遷を経て秦・漢時代に再構築されていったかを問うものである。そしてその検討を通じて漢代における術数学成立の学術的背景の一部を新たに解明することができると考える。
方法としては、各年度共に、①研究課題検討会の開催、②国内・海外の資料調査及び学術交流、③訳注・翻訳作業を柱として研究を推進していく。最終的には、漢代における術数学成立の全体を網羅する構成をとる。

| Outline of Final Research Achievements |
This study focuses primarily on divination and rituals in ancient Chinese shushu (technical arts), and examines the historical development of their understanding and interpretation not only through transmitted texts but also with reference to excavated materials. It clarifies how the divinatory practices and various rituals performed since antiquity underwent transformation and were restructured during the Qin and Han periods. Through this investigation, the study has newly elucidated part of the scholarly background behind the establishment of shushu during the Han dynasty. Notably, it incorporated the latest research findings from abroad (mainly China and Taiwan) and presented them widely both domestically and internationally through numerous oral presentations and published papers-an achievement of particular significance.

| Academic Significance and Societal Importance of the Research Achievements |
これまで文献中心に行われてきた陰陽五行に対する研究に最新の出土資料を用い、多角的な視点でその思想を解明できたことは、これまでにない重要な意義を持つ。日中関係が良好でない中、海外（主に中国・台湾）での最新の研究成果を取り入れ、それを国内外において口頭・論文にて多数発表することができたことは、社会的に大きな意味を持つ。また、検討を通じて漢代における術数学成立の学術的背景の一部を新たに解明することができたことは、中国哲学研究においても意義があった。
