Research Abstract |
In this study, we undertook to investigate inhibition effect oftumor growth and pulmonary metastasis on mouse osteosarcoma by immurlotherapy withmicroparticles induced by photodynamic therapy with acridine orange. Results showed thatthese microparticles including exQsomes did rlot inhibit tumor growth and pulmonarymetastasis, because they did not activate immunoactivity via macrophages
