Research Abstract |
Antibody levels in sera and mucosal secretions following the nasal vaccination with PC-KLH were facilitated by coadministration of LPS. LPS can be used as a mucosal adjuvant as an alternative to CT. From an epidemiological survey, antibody levels of the huma n anti-PC IgM in plasma associated with the risk for the atherosclerosis but the periodontal condition must be considered in analysis of the atherosclerosis.
