Outline of Final Research Achievements |
Exercise loading induced the increase in apparent Mg absorption and the expression of TRPM7, which is one of Mg-transporter in rat skeletal muscle. Especially in immediately after exercise, the expression of TRPM7 was elevated, it will be suggested that exercise-induced metabolic acidosis related to the expression of TRPM7. The expression pattern of TRPM7 in metabolic acidosis rat induced administrated 1.5% NH4Cl solution was different from in swimming exercised rat. Moreover other Mg-transporters, such as TRPM6 and CLDN16 were expressed in kidney and intestine. These results suggested that some Mg-transporters affect Mg dynamics in exercised rat.
