Outline of Final Research Achievements |
In this study, we screened switch factors for two different endoderm in Xenopus. Using information from DNA array and study of the other model animals, a lot of gene are cloned and tested by overexpression. However, the factors did not identified. We are trying to functional screening. We developed a new induction method from human iPS cell to embryonic endoderm. Using this methods, We are trying to induce pancreatic endoderm.
