Outline of Final Research Achievements |
In frontier islands, roots in community and comprehensive activity for child abuse prevention by non-profit-organization is effective. Concerning about this roots in community practice, Ms. Masu Shima's activities which developed in Okinawa after World War 2 provide us useful information. And creating support system for prevention of staff burn-out is indispensable. In this prevention system, building a stress management skill which include relaxation techniques like TRE (Tension, Stress & Trauma Releasing Exercises) is necessary.
