Outline of Final Research Achievements

Concentrations of IL-17A and IL-17F in serum have correlation with bone resorption in periodontits patients. After IL-17A and IL-17F stimulation, mRNA of CACL2, IL-8, b-defencin are unregulated in human epithelium cells. In co-stimulation with LPS, increased IL-8 and b-defencin mRNA are detected.
