Outline of Final Research Achievements

I considered on the way of human resource sourcing of Japanese companies when they create new businesses unit using an in-depth interview method. The summary of results is as follows. First, whereas Japanese companies in need of employee's job-specific skill necessary for developing new business recruit talent from external labor market, they relocate the employee to new business unit in internal labor market.Second, Japanese companies struggle with changing current wage system into the new one suitable for new business unit due to ability-based grade system.
