研究概要

本研究では、ショウジョウバエを用いて、3つの研究項目（１）新規受容体Gyc76Cとその内因性リガンドによる恒常性維持機構の解明（２）病原体センサーPGRP-LEにより恒常的に誘導されている自然炎症の制御機構の解明、（３）病原体センサーPGRP-LEによるオートファジー誘導に見られる動的移行機構の解明を行い、病原体センサーが病原体成分に限らず自己由来内因性リガンドにも応答し、恒常性維持機構としての自然炎症を誘導しており、その破綻が病態へつながることを示すと共に、その分子的基盤の一端を明らかにした。
