研究成果の概要

本研究では、気候変動・エネルギー問題を安全保障の枠組みで捉え直し、気候変動緩和策と気候・エネルギー安全保障の関係をグローバルな動学的応用一般均衡(CGE)モデルと安全保障の評価指標等により定量評価した。本研究で構築したCGEモデルを用いることにより、経済・エネルギー・気候変動・気候影響の関係の整合性を確保し、安全保障の分析が可能となった。本研究より、気候・エネルギー安全保障の概念を整理し、将来の気候変動シナリオ下のエネルギー安全保障と気候変動の社会経済的影響分析を行った。
